Scott Mclaughlin
Owner/Principal
With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Scott has built his career around one simple goal: helping people protect what matters most. He believes insurance is about more than policies and paperwork—it’s about building relationships, understanding your needs, and being there when you need someone in your corner.
Over the years, Scott has had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. His experience has taught him the importance of listening, earning trust, and providing straightforward guidance that people can count on.
Outside of the office, family and community are a big part of who Scott is. He enjoys staying active, getting out on the golf course, and cheering on the local sports teams. Most importantly, he’s a proud dad to son, Nolan and one of his favorite roles is coaching his baseball team. Being on the field with him and his teammates is a great reminder that some of life’s best lessons come from teamwork, perseverance, and having the right people in your corner.
Whether Scott’s helping a client find the right coverage or coaching from the dugout, he brings the same approach: work hard, treat people right, and always be someone others can count on.
Dan Lineberger
Owner/President of Sales
Dan is an insurance agent dedicated to helping businesses, families, and individuals find the right coverage with confidence. He enjoys getting to know his clients and making the insurance process as simple and straightforward as possible with the hope of building lasting relationships both professionally and personally. Dan has been with the agency since 2018.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with his wife Madison and son Jack. When not with his family, you can find Dan on golf course or cheering on Philadelphia’s sports teams. He was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and is proud to call Southeastern PA home.
Kim Mclaughlin
Insurance Producer
Kim is a dedicated insurance professional who takes pride in helping individuals and families find the coverage and peace of mind they deserve. She believes in building lasting relationships, providing personalized service, and making the insurance process as simple and stress-free as possible. She looks forward to getting to know you, understanding your needs, and helping protect what matters most to you. Kim has been with the agency since 2017.
Outside of work, family is everything to Kim. She is happily married and the proud parent of two wonderful children. When she’s not spending time with her family, you can usually find her cheering on the Philadelphia Union, traveling, or spending quality time with her beloved dogs, who are truly part of her family!
Michael Bobrin

Michael Bobrin is an experienced insurance broker specializing in auto, home, and business insurance. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate their insurance options, find coverage that meets their individual needs, and ensure they are not overpaying for their plans. He has been with the agency since 2017.
Michael graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in business. A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, he enjoys cheering on his favorite teams and spending quality time with his wife, Carly, their dog, Barkley, and their two sons, Cameron and Reid.
Alexander Maja
Insurance Producer / Account Manager
Alex is a licensed producer who enjoys educating his clients on how their coverage is going to work for them, leaving them with peace of mind that the policies in force are adequately suited to their lifestyle, ambitions, and assets. With every relationship he strives to create conversations of growth, understanding, and dedication. Raised in Doylestown, Alex is an integral part of the community and has been with the agency since 2026.
Free time for Alex consists of time with his family and wife Kira, when not with his loved ones Alex is exercising in some way. He’s either running, swimming, biking, or golfing. He’s even competed in an Ironman competition.
